A commissioned watch search runs on a brief, a budget, and a timeline. We work through estate channels, dealer networks, and our own client base — and we send you the watch before we send you the invoice.
Cal. 02 — Process
Four steps. One brief.
01
Brief.
Reference, dial variant, year window, condition tolerance, budget ceiling. The clearer the brief, the faster we work.
02
Hunt.
Estate sales, retired collectors, dealer networks across Europe, Switzerland and the Gulf. We update you fortnightly.
03
Authenticate.
Two independent watchmakers. Movement marks, dial age, service records, papers, hallmarks. Everything documented.
04
Deliver.
You see the piece before you commit. Seven days to live with it. Full refund if it doesn’t sit right on the wrist.
Cal. 03 — Terms
The policy, in plain English.
REF. T—01
Authenticity guarantee
Every piece is authenticated by two independent watchmakers before listing or delivery. If we get it wrong, we refund in full — no arbitration, no delay.
REF. T—02
Seven-day return
Live with the piece for seven days from delivery. If it doesn’t sit on the wrist the way the listing promised, return it for a full refund.
REF. T—03
Service history
Where service records exist, we provide them. Where they don’t, we say so. We don’t invent provenance.
REF. T—04
Pricing
Fixed asking prices, openly displayed. We don’t negotiate against the listed number — we’d rather quote correctly.
REF. T—05
Shipping
Insured worldwide via named couriers. Free insured delivery within the UAE. Customs documentation prepared by us.
REF. T—06
Trade-ins & consignment
